Cancellations & date changes

Client cancellations and postponements, your own cancellations, rebrands and retiring from the platform — and what happens to the money.

Tell hello@ as soon as they tell you — don’t agree terms directly. We handle the client side and come to you with the options (any cancellation fee is decided together, case by case).

The standard terms are strict: a date change counts as a cancellation (no refund on what’s paid; the new date is booked at full price again). In practice we work case-by-case — bands sometimes agree a partial refund, especially when the date can be re-booked.

Deposits and balances already collected sit with the cancellation terms above — the outcome (refund, part-refund, credit toward the new date) is agreed between us, you and the client together. We’ll confirm the settlement in writing; your payout follows once it’s agreed (see Payments & invoicing).

Call/email hello@ immediately — don’t leave it in the thread. Cancellation from your side triggers the contract’s musician-cancellation clause and we’ll work to re-fill the date.

Tell us — we’ll update the listing rather than cancel it, keeping your reviews and history. Profile changes go through the team (see Dashboard & profile).

Email hello@; we’ll mark you unavailable for new enquiries. Existing confirmed bookings stay in place unless you tell us otherwise.

Say so immediately — we’ll release you and find the client an alternative. Better for everyone than a no-show.
