Dashboard & profile

Your musician dashboard — what you can do in it yourself — and how profile updates work (we do them for you).

Your dashboard is at musicians.fixthemusic.com. Use “Forgot password” on the login page (check spam for the reset email). Still stuck? Email hello@fixthemusic.com from the address on your account.

Enquiry emails also contain an “Open on Dashboard” button — it takes you straight to that enquiry’s thread without needing to log in first.

  • Read and reply to enquiries and messages
  • Save and apply quote templates (see Enquiries, quotes & bookings)
  • Attach files to bookings (set lists, tech riders, contracts)
  • See confirmed bookings and payment status
  • Create payment links for clients who are ready to pay
  • Reply to client reviews (we display your reply on your profile)
  • Change your dashboard settings (e.g. timezone); reset your password
  • Export your bookings calendar (below)

Profile content (photos, videos, bio, repertoire, act name) is managed by our team — just email us.

Which files can I attach in the dashboard?

Section titled “Which files can I attach in the dashboard?”

Small files are fine — set lists, photos of your setup, schedules, tech riders. Don’t upload large files like videos. If you want a client to see a specific video, send it to us: we’ll add it to your profile and you can simply link your profile — when you reply to an enquiry with your quote, we send the client your profile link automatically, so external links in emails usually aren’t needed.

I uploaded a file through the dashboard — did you get it?

Section titled “I uploaded a file through the dashboard — did you get it?”

Yes — dashboard attachments (files shared on a booking) notify the team automatically. You don’t need to also email us. Profile media, though, comes to us by email as below.

How do I update my photos, videos and audio?

Section titled “How do I update my photos, videos and audio?”

We update your profile for you — send the material and we’ll add it:

  1. Email hello@fixthemusic.com with your video/photo links (YouTube, Vimeo, WeTransfer, Drive) or attachments
  2. Tell us which event/section it’s for (e.g. “Lucy & Alex wedding party video”)
  3. We upload it and reply “added to your profile”

Videos should be high-quality and unbranded (no other agencies’ logos or watermarks). You can send updates any time — new videos, photos, reviews or an updated rep-list — we’ll add them whenever you reach out.

How do I change my bio, act name or repertoire?

Section titled “How do I change my bio, act name or repertoire?”

Email hello@ with the changes — use the subject “Profile Update (Your Band Name)” so we route it fast. We edit the profile for you — including act names and rebrandings. Tell us what to change and we’ll confirm once it’s live.

Why is my act name on FixTheMusic different from my real name?

Section titled “Why is my act name on FixTheMusic different from my real name?”

We give acts a unique/generic name on purpose. Clients often browse other sites, find an act, then approach them directly without saying where they found them. A name unique to FixTheMusic means enquiries that start from our promotion reach us — and you — properly, with the booking (and its protection) kept on the platform.

Use your FixTheMusic name in all messages with clients — switching between names confuses them.

Both in your dashboard inbox and by email. Keep the enquiry’s bracketed short-code (e.g. [abc123]) in the subject so replies thread correctly.

Yes — your calendar feed link is in your dashboard (Export Calendar page): copy it and add it in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (“From URL”); confirmed bookings appear automatically.

Watch the New Dashboard Demo Overview video — it covers replying to enquiries, quote templates, payment links and file sharing step by step.
