How reviews are collected, how to get more of them, how to reply — and how to handle a bad one.
How do reviews work?
Section titled “How do reviews work?”After your event, FTM emails the client asking “What did you think of your musicians?” Their review appears on your profile automatically. You don’t need to do anything — but a thank-you email after the gig increases the chance they leave one.

Can I ask clients to leave a review?
Section titled “Can I ask clients to leave a review?”Yes — bands do it after events and it helps (“keeps the bookings ticking over”). Reviews must be genuine.
Can I add reviews from outside FTM (e.g. Google)?
Section titled “Can I add reviews from outside FTM (e.g. Google)?”Email hello@fixthemusic.com the review text, source and a link; we’ll add it to your profile with attribution. Send reviews in English where possible, with the client name, date and venue.
How do I reply to a review?
Section titled “How do I reply to a review?”From your dashboard — open the review and write your reply; it’s displayed publicly beneath it. A short, warm thank-you is enough for good reviews (see Dashboard & profile).
I got a review I disagree with
Section titled “I got a review I disagree with”Email hello@ with your side and we’ll look into it.
Can clients edit a review after posting?
Section titled “Can clients edit a review after posting?”Yes — have them email hello@ (or reply to their review-request email) and we’ll make the edit.
Someone left a bad review for an enquiry I never played
Section titled “Someone left a bad review for an enquiry I never played”Mistaken/second-hand reviews happen. Reply to the review email with the booking reference and we’ll investigate.
