Emails you'll receive

What each FixTheMusic email means and what (if anything) you need to do. When in doubt, reply to the email — it threads to us automatically. Keep subjects unchanged (with the short-code) so replies connect to the right booking.

Invitation to join FixTheMusic — We’re inviting you to the platform Reply with the material we ask for (bio, photos, unbranded videos)
Enquiry — [code] A client wants you for that date Click “Open on Dashboard”, quote or decline — same day if possible
Your enquiry — contract A booking is being confirmed; contract attached Read it, confirm receipt, flag anything wrong
Booking confirmed — Deposit paid, date is locked in Nothing — start planning with the client
Payment due today / by A client’s deposit or balance is due Nothing — the client is prompted; reply only if the client contacts you
Your booking is TODAY! / three days away The event is imminent Check timings are agreed — and that the client knows how to pay the remainder (cash on the day if that’s your arrangement)

Video call scheduled with A call with the client is booked Join at the time — no external Zoom needed
Reminder: Video call with in 1 hour The call is about to start Join the link
Summary of your call / Call summary () Automated summary + transcript of a call you just had Nothing — it’s also on the event page in your dashboard
A quick note about your message on FixTheMusic (from bot@) Automated: a message of yours asked to move off-platform Keep the conversation inside FTM — it protects the booking for everyone

Request a review from for your recent performance A review request went out for one of your events Nothing — reply only if the client contacts you
Someone wrote a review for your recent event A review landed on your profile Reply from the dashboard if you want a public response
uploaded a file through the dashboard Your own upload was received Nothing — we have it
New feature: … Something new on the platform (payment links, video calls) Read if curious; reply if you want it set up

We never ask for your password, or to change bank details “urgently”. Anything like that is phishing — forward it to hello@fixthemusic.com.
